Products may be purchased from YourKitShop.com by completing the online order process and submitting credit or debit card details via a secure server.
Any orders placed will be confirmed via a confirmation email sent to the address supplied at the time of ordering.
It will NOT include any card numbers or details. Receipt of this confirmation email simply confirms that your order has been received and acknowledged.

We cannot be held responsible for distorted product images, or accurate colour reproduction on your computer.
All prices displayed are in British Pounds (Sterling).
All products available on YourKitShop.com have the price clearly indicated and we make every effort to ensure that these prices are both competitive and accurate.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed prior to completion of your order.

Payments can be made by using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Delta, and Solo Credit/Debit cards via our secure PayPal processing system.
Delivery & Returns
Any dates provided for a delivery are approximate, and YourKitShop.com is not responsible for the duration of time it takes to be delivered once goods have been despatched. If you have placed an order with YourKitShop.com and have not received your mugs within 14 days of payment, please follow these steps:
• Send us an email to confirm that you’re order has not been received
• Check with your local Royal Mail sorting office to see if they have a parcel for you
Failure to notify us within 14 days may result in YourKitShop.com not accepting any responsibility for items despatched and not delivered/received.
YourKitShop.com use UKMail as our preferred method for shipping within the UK. We deliver to mainland UK, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland.
If the Customer refuses or fails to take delivery of goods tendered the YourKitShop.com shall be entitled to terminate the contract with immediate effect or to dispose of the goods as it may determine and YourKitShop.com reserves the right to recover from the Customer a minimum handling fee of 50% of the total price of such goods which shall be paid by the Customer within 10 days of the date of invoice.
Our Returns Policy
Damaged goods must be reported to YourKitShop.com within 24 hours of delivery by email. Failure to do so will result inYourKitShop.com not accepting responsibility and the customer shall not be entitled to a refund or replacement of the goods. Upon agreement by email, YourKitShop.com will cover the cost for the return of the product(s) using either Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class postal service, or Parcel Force costs on larger orders.
A refund or replacement will not be offered in the instance that an image of poor quality has been supplied by the customer and printed by YourKitShop.com

YOU ALSO REPRESENT THAT THERE ARE NO OUTSTANDING DISPUTES IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROPERTY RIGHTS, INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OR OTHER RIGHTS IN THE CONTENT OR ANY PARTS OF THE CONTENT. YOU HEREBY REPRESENT AND WARRANT TO US THAT THIS AGREEMENT HAS BEEN DULY AND VALIDLY ACCEPTED AND DELIVERED BY YOU AND CONSTITUTES YOUR LEGAL, VALID AND BINDING OBLIGATION, ENFORCEABLE AGAINST YOU IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS TERMS; AND THAT THE ACCEPTANCE, DELIVERY AND PERFORMANCE BY YOU OF THIS AGREEMENT ARE WITHIN YOUR LEGAL CAPACITY AND POWER; HAVE BEEN DULY AUTHORIZED BY ALL REQUISITE ACTION ON YOUR PART; REQUIRE THE APPROVAL OR CONSENT OF NO OTHER PERSONS; AND NEITHER VIOLATE NOR CONSTITUTE A DEFAULT UNDER THE (I) PROVISION OF ANY LAW, RULE, REGULATION, ORDER, JUDGMENT OR DECREE TO WHICH YOU ARE SUBJECT OR WHICH IS BINDING UPON YOU, OR (II) THE TERMS OF ANY OTHER AGREEMENT, DOCUMENT OR INSTRUMENT APPLICABLE TO YOU OR BINDING UPON YOU.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold YourKitShop.com and YourKitShop.com’s officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors harmless from all judgments, awards, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses, including but not limited to reasonable legal fees, expert witness fees, and costs of litigation arising out of or based on (a) Content you submit, post to or transmit through the Site, (b) your use of the Site, (c) your connection to the Site, (d) your violation of the Agreement or (e) your violation of any rights of a third party.
